Butter Baked Carrots
Butter Baked Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 medium carrots, 1/4 c. water, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped celery and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook carrots in 3/4 cup water until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain and save carrot liquid.
Melt the 1/4 cup butter in saucepan.
Saute onion and celery until tender.
Add flour, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add carrot liquid and milk gradually.
Cook or bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over carrot mixture and dot with butter.
