Busy Day Meat Loaf
Busy Day Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. stuffing mix, 1/2 c. milk, 1 egg, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/4 c. finely chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stir together stuffing mix and milk in large mixing bowl.
Let stand about 5 minutes or until stuffing mix is softened.
Add egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion and salt.
Beat well.
Add ground beef.
Mix until combined.
Shape into loaf.
Place in greased or foil-lined shallow baking pan.
Score loaf by making several diagonal grooves across the top.
Fill with catsup.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes or until well browned.
Yields 5 to 6 servings.
