Buns
Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pkg. dry yeast, 3 c. scalded milk, 1 c. sugar, enough flour to make a soft dough and 2 c. warm water (not hot), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Scald milk.
Heat to boiling point.
Add butter, sugar and salt.
Dissolve yeast and water.
When milk mixture is cool, add yeast.
Mix well and add enough flour to make soft, not sticky, dough.
Put in greased bowl and grease top of dough. Cover with damp cloth.
Let rise until doubled.
Punch down.
Make into rolls, coffee cakes, buns, etc.
Let rise until double and bake at 375Β°.
