Buns
Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 2 c. cream, 2 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. lukewarm water and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Scald milk and cream and cool.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Mix all ingredients, add flour to make a soft dough. Knead.
Form into a ball and place into a greased bowl.

Punch down and let rest 5 minutes. Form into buns the size for a hamburger.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Let rise until light.
