Bunch-of-Banana Banana Bread
Bunch-Of-Banana Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large, ripe bananas, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and cooled and 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Lightly grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. In a bowl, mash bananas.
You should have 1 cup.
Beat in sugar, then egg and butter.
In another bowl, stir together the flour, salt and baking soda.
Add banana mixture and stir just until all flour is moistened.
Pour batter in prepared pan.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
It is done when a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then turn onto rack to cool completely.
