Buffet Burgers
Buffet Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 egg, lightly beaten and 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings; mix well.
Keeping meat mixture one inch from edges; press meat mixture into the bottom of a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes; drain.
Top mixture with cheese and bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and allow to set (about 5 minutes).
Cut meat into 20 squares and place inside split rolls. Serve with mustard and mayonnaise.
