Brussels Sprouts with Green Grapes
Brussels Sprouts With Green Grapes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. brussels sprouts, 1 c. green grapes, seeded and halved, 3 to 4 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. heavy cream and salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Clean Brussels sprouts; strip off any yellow leaves and slice off ends.
Partially cook in boiling water until not quite tender (about 5 minutes).
Drain.
Return well drained sprouts, grapes and 2 tablespoons butter to pan.
Season with salt and pepper. Heat until butter is melted and sizzling.
Pour in cream; reduce heat to low and cook sprouts until cream has almost evaporated completely, about 10 minutes.
Dot with 1 or 2 tablespoons more butter.
