Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread (pepperidge farm), 8 oz. kraft old english slices, 2 c. cut up ham, 6 more slices bread, cubed and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put 6 slices bread, buttered side down, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Cover bread with cheese.
Sprinkle ham over.
Layer other 6 slices bread over cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour over casserole.
Melt and drizzle 1/3 cup butter over top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
