Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices thin white bread, 1 lb. pork sausage, 8 eggs, 1 tsp. salt and butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Trim crusts from bread and butter lightly on one side.
Crumble sausage and cook until lightly browned.
Drain.
Lay out 6 slices of bread in a 3-quart casserole, buttered side up.
Sprinkle half of the sausage and half of the cheese over bread.
Repeat with bread, sausage and cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk and salt. Pour over sausage and cheese.
Press down on bread until milk comes through.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour until puffed and brown.
