Brown Rice Casserole
Brown Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. long grain rice, 1 c. finely chopped onion, 1 stick butter or margarine, 2 c. beef bouillon soup and 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place the first 3 ingredients in a frying pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until brown (about 20 minutes).
Add bouillon and mushrooms.
Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and cover.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Remove cover. Bake 10 minutes longer.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
