Brown Rice Casserole
Brown Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked, 3/4 stick margarine (corn oil), 1 large onion, chopped, 2 cans beef bouillon (i use campbell's) and 1 small can mushrooms, drained (can be omitted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions in margarine until tender.
Add rice, bouillon and mushrooms and stir until heated.
Pour into casserole dish; cover.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 minutes (until rice is tender).
