Broiled French Fries
Broiled French Fries is an easy dinner. Made with 6 small baking potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 8 wedges each, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat broiler.
Line broiler pan with aluminum foil.
Drop potatoes into a large pot of boiling water.
Partially cover. Return to boiling and cook 4 minutes.
Drain. Toss in a large bowl with butter.
Arrange potato wedges in single layer on prepared pan.
Sprinkle with half the cheese. Broil 5 to 10 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Turn potatoes.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
Broil 5 to 8 minutes longer or until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
