Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 large heads broccoli, 8 to 10 slices cooked bacon, 5 green onions, chopped, 1/2 c. raisins and 1 c. mayo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Trim large leaves of broccoli and remove tough stalks.
Wash well and cut flowerets and stems into bite size pieces.
Place in large bowl and add crumbled bacon, onions and raisins.
Mix remaining ingredients and stir well.
Pour dressing over broccoli and toss.
Cover and let set in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Serve cold.
