Made with 1 lb. broccoli, 1 small can sliced black olives, 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, 3 green onions, chopped and 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut broccoli into bite-sized flowerets.
Steam 2 minutes in the microwave; drain.
Place broccoli in a salad bowl.
