Broccoli Rice Quiche

Combine rice, 1 egg and 1/2 cup cheese, mixing well.
Press mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
Cook broccoli and drain well.
Combine broccoli, 1/4 cup cheese and remaining ingredients.
Pour broccoli mixture into rice-lined pie plate. Bake at 375Β° for 50 minutes or until set.
