Broccoli Rice Casserole
Broccoli Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 jar (8 oz.) cheez whiz, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a large skillet over moderate heat, saute onion, celery and broccoli in butter for 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in cheese, soup and milk until smooth.
Place rice in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Pour cheese mixture over rice, do not stir.
Bake, uncovered, in 325Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
