Broccoli-Rice Casserole
Broccoli-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, 2 c. cooked rice, 2 jar (8 oz.) process cheese spread, 1/4 c. butter and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place broccoli and rice in 2-quart casserole.
Stir in half of cheese spread.
Melt butter in skillet, add onion and celery and cook until tender but not brown.
Stir in soup and milk, then season to taste (salt and pepper).
Pour sauce over rice and broccoli mixture; mix well.
Top casserole with remaining cheese and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
