Broccoli until tender.

In another saucepan, cook the onions in boiling, salted water until tender; drain each. In saucepan, melt 1/8 cup of margarine.

Blend in flour, salt and dash pepper desired.

Add milk.

Cook, stirring constantly, and bubbly.

Reduce heat; add cream cheese and stir until smooth.

Mix the sauce into the vegetables. Turn greased casserole and top with shredded cheese. Melt margarine and mix with the bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of the casserole.

Bake at 350Β° until heated through.
