Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. cottage cheese and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine melted butter, onion, salt, cheese, broccoli and beaten eggs.
Blend together.
Stir in muffin mix.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
