Broccoli Chicken Casserole
Broccoli Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. can chunk white chicken, drained, 4 c. frozen broccoli cuts, 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup, 3/4 c. low fat mayonnaise and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Layer broccoli in a 7 x 11 inch baking dish.
Top with chicken.
In a separate bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder.
Spread the soup mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
Finish by sprinkling cheese on top and adding a light coating of bread crumbs.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
If desired, place under the broiler until lightly browned.
