Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 6 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. water and 3 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion in 4 tablespoons butter until soft.
Stir in flour.
Add water.
Stir and cook until thick.
Blend in cheese. Add to broccoli.
Beat eggs and add gently into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with crumbs.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan.
