Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, 2 tbsp. flour, dash of pepper, 1 tbsp. grated onion and 3 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook and drain broccoli.
Make white sauce with butter, flour, salt, pepper milk; remove from heat.
Stir in onions, mayonnaise and beaten eggs.
Carefully stir in broccoli.
Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
Bake casserole in pan of hot water at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese during final 15 minutes of baking time.
