Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese, 1/2 c. milk, dash of cayenne pepper and 1 1/2 c. ritz cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Make cheese sauce by melting Velveeta in top of double boiler. Add milk and cayenne pepper to melted cheese and stir until smooth.
Fold broccoli into cheese sauce.
Place in a greased casserole dish alternating with cracker crumbs and melted butter. Finish with a good layer of cracker crumbs.
Dust with paprika. Bake in a 375Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
