Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, 1/2 c. melted oleo, 1 bunch green onions, chopped, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained and 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350°.
In medium saucepan, cook broccoli by directions on package, then drain.
In a large skillet, saute 1/2 cup oleo, onions and mushrooms.
Cook until tender.
Add soup, flour and cheese.
Stir well.
Combine mixture with broccoli and mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. In a small saucepan, melt remaining 1/2 cup margarine.
Add cracker crumbs and mix well.
Top casserole with crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
