Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked, 2 c. rice, cooked, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped celery and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place rice and broccoli in 2-quart casserole dish.
Stir in half of the cheese.
Melt butter in skillet (I use less than 1 cup).
Add onion and celery; cook until tender.
Stir in soup and milk.
Season to taste.
Pour sauce over broccoli-rice mixture; mix well.
Top casserole with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
