Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 pkg. chopped frozen or 2 to 3 heads broccoli, fresh or cooked, 1 can mushroom soup or 1 can celery soup, 1 can durkee french fried onions, 1 roll garlic cheese, grated (do not use squeeze type) and 1/2 to 3/4 pkg. pepperidge farm herbed bread crumbs or use crushed herb croutons (approximately 1 1/2 to 2 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
