Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with bread slices, 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained, or ground ham, 4 beaten eggs (i use egg beaters), 1 tsp. dry mustard and 2 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Arrange bread slices in an 8 x 11-inch greased baking dish (as many as it takes to fill it).
Cover bread with browned, drained sausage or ground ham.
Mix eggs, dry mustard and milk.
Pour over sausage.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover with soup (undiluted).
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
(Bake, uncovered.)
