Brown sausage and cool.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard; beat again.
Add bread crumbs and stir.
Add cheese, sausage and mushrooms and stir.
Put in greased glass baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes in 1-quart dish or 30 minutes in a 2-quart dish.
