Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with ham, bacon or sausage, 1 pkg. frozen hash browns or potatoes o'brien, 2 c. shredded cheese and 10 to 12 scrambled eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook meat; spread a layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Fry potatoes and put this on top of meat; next sprinkle a layer of cheese on top of potatoes.
Scramble eggs to partially done and put on top of cheese.
Top with layer of cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Make the night before and refrigerate, then bake next morning.
Serve with toast or biscuits.
