Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bread, cut into cubes or torn, 2 c. cooked sausage, crumbled, or ham or bacon, 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 6 large eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk or half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Crumble bread; put in bottom of a large casserole dish. Crumble cooked sausage or preferred meat; place on top of bread. Put cheese on top of bread and meat.
Whip eggs with all other ingredients; pour over mixture.
Bake in a 350° to 400° oven for about 45 minutes, or until done in center.
Serves approximately 10 people.
