Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 1 lb. sausage, 1 1/2 cups grated cheese, 5 eggs and 3 cups milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Trim crust from 6 slices of bread.
Butter bread and cut into strips.
Line large casserole dish with bread.
Brown 1 lb. sausage.
Drain well on paper towel.
Spread over bread.
Grate cheese, sprinkle over sausage.
Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and dry mustard.
Pour over sausage mixture.
Let sit in refrigerator 8 hours at least before cooking.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Can be frozen after setting for 8 hours. before cooking.
