Breakfast Burritos
Breakfast Burritos is an easy dinner. Made with large flour tortillas, 1 lb. breakfast sausage, 6 to 10 large eggs and sliced cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook sausage until done, breaking into crumbles and stirring well.
Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, scramble eggs until just set.
Keep warm.
Working quickly, place 1 cheese slice, 2 tablespoons cooked sausage and 2 to 4 tablespoons cooked eggs onto center of large tortilla.
Fold up 1-inch across bottom edge, then wrap right side over left, rolling into burrito shape. Serves 3 to 6.
Can be wrapped and stored in refrigerator overnight.
Reheat in microwave.
