Breaded Chicken Breasts
Breaded Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, halved, 1 egg, 1 tsp. dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. milk and 2 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pound chicken breast halves to 1/4-inch thick between Saran Wrap using rolling pin.
Mix egg, mustard and milk in bowl with fork; set aside.
Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in bowl with fork. Set aside.
Mix flour, salt and pepper in bowl with fork.
Set aside.
Dip chicken pieces first in flour mixture, then in egg mixture, then in bread crumb mixture.
Place chicken on platter in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Heat 3/4-inch oil in electric frypan at 350Β° for 5 minutes.
Remove chicken from refrigerator. Cook in oil until brown on both sides (approximately 5 minutes on each side).
Drain on paper towel and serve.
