Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small loaf stale french bread, 2 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 c. fruit cocktail, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat eggs, milk, butter and vanilla.
Add raisins and fruit cocktail.
Blend well.
Then dice French bread and add to mixture. Let soak for about 10 minutes.
Pour into 10 x 6 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown in a 350Β° oven.
Delicious served with hard sauce.
