Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 loaf bread (approximately), 1/3 c. brown sugar (packed), 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/3 c. raisins and 3 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, tear bread. In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly. Pour over bread and add more bread as needed to absorb mixture. Bake 65 to 70 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
