Combine cucumbers, salt, onions and garlic in ice 3 hours. Drain.
Combine sugar, vinegar, turmeric, celery seed and mustard seed and bring to a boil.
Put drained cucumbers in boiling mixture and bring to another boil; when cucumbers change color, put in jars and seal.
