Brazilian Custard (Pudim)(Dessert) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can eagle brand milk, 2 cans regular milk (use empty can to measure), 3 eggs and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In an iron skillet, melt 1 cup sugar until it turns golden brown.
Pour into a metal jello mold and set aside.
In a blender, mix 1 can Eagle Brand milk.
Use the empty can to add 2 cans of regular milk and 3 eggs.
Pour over the caramelized sugar. Cover jello mold with aluminum foil.
Place inside a cake pan with an inch of water.
Place in a 400Β° oven and bake until firm, until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool completely and unmold.
