Brazilian Cream with Lime and Rum
Brazilian Cream With Lime And Rum is an easy dinner. Made with 3 ripe avocados, 1 to 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar, 1/4 c. each: lime juice and light rum, 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped and lime slices or wedges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Halve avocados lengthwise; twist gently to separate halves. Remove seed.
Remove avocado pulp and put in blender with the sugar, lime juice and rum; whip in blender until smooth.
Mound in sherbet or champagne glasses.
