Brandied Candied Cranberries
Brandied Candied Cranberries is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh or frozen cranberries, picked over and washed, 2 c. sugar and 4 tbsp. brandy or cognac to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place cranberries in large, flat baking pan.
Berries should be in a single layer.
Sprinkle with the sugar.
Cover tightly with foil; bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cool; sprinkle with the brandy or cognac.
