Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. kellogg's all-bran with extra fiber cereal, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine Kellogg's All-Bran with extra fiber cereal and milk.
Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal softens.
Add egg and oil; mix well.
Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Portion batter evenly into 12 lightly greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.
Bake in 400Β° oven about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
Yields 12 muffins.
