Bran-Flake Chicken
Bran-Flake Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. bran flakes, crushed, 1/4 c. sunflower seeds (use shelled), chopped, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In paper or plastic bag, combine bran flakes, sunflower seeds and seasoned salt.
Blend melted butter, lemon juice and salt. Brush chicken breasts with mixture, then shake, one at a time; coat lightly.
(Reserve remaining lemon-butter.)
Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased, large shallow baking pan.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 40 minutes.
Do not turn.
