Bourbon-Marinated Steak
Bourbon-Marinated Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 (1 to 1 1/4-inch) t-bone, porterhouse or new york steaks or london broil, 1/3 c. good bourbon, 3/4 c. olive oil, 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce and 6 garlic cloves, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place steak in glass or ceramic bowl or Ziploc plastic bag. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over steak.
Marinate, covered and refrigerated, 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove from refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes before cooking.
Grill steak over a hot fire until desired doneness, turning and brushing with remaining marinade.
