Bobka
Bobka is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour, 1 egg, beaten, 3 tbsp. milk and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut shortening into flour.
Add milk to beaten egg.
Stir into flour.
Wrap and chill.
Divide dough in half and roll.
Divide the meat mixture and spread on each piece of dough like a jelly roll.
Place on a greased pan and bake at 375Β° about 25 minutes. Slice to serve.
