Bobbie'S Pie Crust(For 9 Or 10-Inch Pie) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. plus blended pastry and bread flour, 1 tsp. salt (scant), 1/3 lb. lard and 1/4 c. ice water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift flour and salt together.
Blend in lard with pastry blender.
Add water slowly, tossing with fork until clingy, then roll together with fingers until it forms a ball.
Divide in two for top and bottom crust.
Roll out on pastry cloth with a little whole wheat flour or wheat bran to keep from sticking.
