Blueberry Sauce
Blueberry Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. water, 2 c. blueberries and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Add water and blueberries.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Stir in lemon juice.
Cool slightly.
Yields 2 cups sauce.
Serve over pancakes, ice cream, waffles, etc.
