Blueberry Sauce
Blueberry Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. fresh blueberries or 1 bag frozen, thawed in cold water, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Rinse berries under cold water.
Put sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, water and salt in pot.
Stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Keep stirring.
Boil 2 more minutes longer.
Add berries and lemon juice.
Bring back to boil; cook until thick, 3 or 4 minutes.
If too thick, add a little water.
Good over pancakes or ice cream or could be used for shortcake.
