Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (15 oz.) can or 1 pt. fresh blueberries, baked in small amount water until tender, 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Drain blueberries and pineapple.
Measure liquid; add enough water to make 1 cup.
Add Jell-O to mix.
Stir in blueberries and pineapple.
Pour into flat pan or Corning Ware dish.
Cover; put in refrigerator until firm. Combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla; spread over congealed salad.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
