Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3 c. flour and 3 tsp. baking powder (heaping), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
When blended, add blueberries.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Will keep in refrigerator 2 to 3 weeks.
(I also use chopped canned peaches.)
