Blueberry Hill
Blueberry Hill is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. blueberries, rinsed and drained, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 1/4 c. rolled oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Sprinkle blueberries with lemon juice. Combine sugar and flour and toss with blueberries, coating.
Pour into a buttered 8-inch baking dish.
Combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Sprinkle over berries.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
