Blueberry Crunch
Blueberry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple (i use only 1/2 to 3/4 of the juice, if at all), 3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 box yellow cake mix and 2 sticks butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread the following in layers: pineapple, blueberries, 3/4 cup sugar sprinkled on berries, melted butter or margarine, pecans and 1/4 sugar sprinkled on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 35 minutes
(maybe longer) until brown on top.
Serve warm or cold. Good with Cool Whip.
